If you cant locate the "instrument dialog box" see at the left of any staff, a icon with a little keyboard is what you must pushĭid you find really good (and free or not expensive) soundfonts ? Instrument dialog box, check "user defined sound", a waveform will be displayed, then see at bottom a menu called "Action", there choose "Import sound", a box where you can choose your sf2 will appear, select what you want, and then select the samples of the sf2 you will use.
